World's best investments over 50 years!

One should have an exit strategy, period. Keeping the core/want-to-hold physical figure out. Too many miss the opportunity of a lifetime.

50 YEARS. Let me digress for one JUST investment every ten years. So this might be called Highest and best use for capital from a MONDAY MORNING quarterback:

Back in 1969 to late 1979 one could plunk, say, 10 grand into - commodities, GOLD up 20 times, SILVER up 40 times;

Then take the result and plunk it into the JAPANESE STOCK MARKET from 1979 to 1989 - up 10 times;

Then take the result and plunk it into the AMERICAN STOCK MARKET from 1989 to 1999 - up 10 times.

Then take the result and plunk it into - commodities, COPPER, GOLD, SILVER, OIL. - up many times already and we still have a couple of years to run. Historically gold and silver explode in as little as 5 months. DYODD. Search it out on KITCO!

Find prices and start to look into the next marketplace for 2009 to 2019. might start looking EAST - like in the ORIENT!

That's 50 years with 12 to the future.

************************************************** *******

Now exiting:

10% at $25 or $900
10% at $40 or $1200
10% at $55 or $1600

10% at $75 or $2100
10% at $90 or $2500
10% at $105 or $3000

10% at $150 or $4000
10% at $200 or $5000

keep 20%.

The hard part is finding the next best thing. :aetsch:

Do your research, be RIGHT

Take a huge position

And sit damn TIGHT.

Learn Chinese. :aetsch:

Yep, sometimes it's easier to drive backwards.

I noticed your signature line too......"First known coin- an alloy of Gold and Silver called electrum: minted in the Kingdom of Lidia or Ionia. The Stater, a two drachma piece. "

Here's a few I use to own as a good pictorial example of those first coins..... Those were my kind of "numismatics" and really took you back to the beginning history of coinage. The plain gold "lumps" and the early Ionian striated pieces were probably the actual "first" after the use of plain old natural gold or electrum nuggets from the rivers and streams.

When is 12 years in the future after the fact?

We still have some 17 times (gold) and perhaps 40 times (silver) to finish up in this run.

Enjoy watching while we try it anyway.

I wasn't talking about the current run. How many jumped off the gravy teck-bubble trai and jumped on the "next big one"?
Or moved from Au/Ag, into Japan?
My guess, At best, less then 1%.
